About Me
Humberto Sanchez - owner
I am a ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and founder of the Power Pit Lifting Club/Gym where I train my clients.
I am a competitive raw and lifetime drug-free powerlifter and I compete up to four times a year. I also hold the following records:
- National Raw Deadlift Record holder in the APF Masters 1 Division, 220 lb weight class.
- National Raw Deadlfit Record holder in the AAPF Masters 1 Division, 242 lb weight class.
- Illinois State Raw Bench Press Record holder in the AAPF Masters 1 Division, 220 lb weight class.
Registered Nurse
I have been a registered nurse since 1997. I have worked in the Emergency Room of a hospital in Chicago. This gives me an extensive knowledge and background in health and the human body.
Law Enforcement
I am currently a police officer in a suburb of Chicago. Due to the demands of the job, I pride myself on keeping in shape.
Self-Proclaimed Keto Master
